- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste

Making the Meatballs
Here is how to crack an egg cleanly!
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Get a decently large bowl
- In this large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- (If you have gloves, put them on, if not, that is fine).
- Use your hands to mix the ingredients until everything is mixed a lot.
- Use your hands to put the mixture into around 1-1/2 inch meatballs, and then place them on a baking sheet with some grease (so it doesn't stick).
- When the oven reaches 400 degrees, put the pan of meatballs into the oven.
- Leave the meatballs in the oven for around 20-25 minutes until they are brown and cooked through.
- Take the meatballs out of the oven with an oven mit.
- Let the meatballs cool off for around 2-3 minutes before serving them!
